Are you ready to be Faith-filled, Intentional, and Transformed? Join a wonderful group of ladies for faith, fitness, fun, and accountability. This session, we will go through The 90-Day Fitness Challenge by Phil & Amy Parham (former contestants on The Biggest Loser). This challenge will help to outline simple and practical healthy food & fitness plans, point us toward an active lifestyle, and incorporate Scripture & daily devotional readings to make God a part of our journey. Childcare is available. There is a one time $20 fee for this group.
